I am a very very busy graduate student, so I need a quick, filling and healthy breakfast to get through the day. The pecans oatmeal is my current fixation. I never get tired of it since some days I pair it with fruit, others with granola or yogurt or sausages or waffles…. The combos are never ending! And its perfect by itself, especially on cold fall mornings. I absolutely love it!
