As a university student, I often find myself in times where, amidst a lot of schoolwork, I struggle to find meals that are convenient and nourishing. I like to wake up early to start any assignments I might need to complete before lecture and at that time, not a lot of places are open. During these early mornings, I need a breakfast that can energize me and influence my emotional well-being for a long day ahead. Up until recently I was eating meals that would only fill me for a short period of time and would make me bloated and unmotivated.
