Cream Of Rice With Fruits

In a microwave-safe cup or mug, combine the cream of rice cereal with your choice of milk ( almond, whole or low-fat, or coconut). Stir well to ensure there are no lumps.

Microwave the mixture on high power for 1 minute.

Remove the cup from the microwave and stir well to combine.

Microwave the mixture again on high power for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cream of rice reaches your desired consistency.

Be sure to stop and stir every 30 seconds to prevent overflow or clumping.

Once cooked, remove the cup from the microwave and let it cool for a minute or two. Top the cream of rice with your favorite fruits or toppings, such as sliced bananas, berries, or diced mango. Give it a gentle stir to incorporate the fruits. Allow it to cool a bit more, and then enjoy your creamy and fruity cup of cream of rice!

Note: Cooking times in the microwave may vary, so keep an eye on the mixture to prevent it from boiling over or becoming too thick. Adjust the cooking time as needed based on your microwave’s power.
